MISSION OF KENDRIYA VIDYALAYAS

    The Kendriya Vidyalaya have a four -fold mission

1.To cater to the educational needs of the children of transferable Central Covernmnent Employees of Defence and Para -military personnel by providing a common programme of education;

2.To pursue excellence and set the pace in the feild of school education;

3. To initiale and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like the central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training(NCERT) etc.and

4.To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of Indianess amoung the children.

Kendriya  Vidyalaya  No.1 Naval Base will attain the mission of the best modern infrastructural facilities in the vicinity of Kochi in next three years in all corners of the institution –Class Rooms, Library, Laboratories, and the Co-Scholastic Centres of Art, Culture and Physical Education surrounded by a clean environment in the campus by planting a variety of saplings by teachers and students to promote how an eco friendly nature can be modelled through education  in the busy life of a city at par with the ultimate realisation of  the four fold mission of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
